Our Moreganic Project

In November 2025, leaders from My Smart Latex, RAOT, Moreganic, and Novaya convened with the Ban Sang Kuai Large-Scale Rubber Plantation Group in Tha Sae.

Our goal: to introduce a transformative farming model that harmonizes ecological stewardship with increased profitability. The Moreganic standard was met with resounding approval; farmers immediately recognized the dual benefit of guaranteed premium pricing and a sustainable future for their land.

Key Outcomes:

• Immediate Momentum: The session ignited a significant wave of engagement, leading to a rapid surge in enrollments for the My Smart Latex and Moreganic programs.

• Strategic Institutional Support: The RAOT reaffirmed its commitment with a formal pledge, dedicating comprehensive resources to guarantee the long-term success of every participating farmer.

This was far more than a site visit—it was a definitive leap forward. We are accelerating the shift toward sustainable production while securing the premium earnings our farmers have long deserved.
