My Smart Latex, in collaboration with the Moreganic team, convened a strategic working session with the Rubber Authority of Thailand (RAOT), Upper Southern Region, to advance the adoption of the Moreganic standard.
This initiative aims to position Thai rubber at the forefront of the global shift toward organic agriculture. By aligning with international market trends, we are driving a strategy that not only meets global demand but significantly increases farmer income and ensures a sustainably improved quality of life.
Key discussions focused on operationalizing this vision in Chumphon, covering farmer training, chemical reduction, end-to-end traceability, and equitable purchasing mechanisms—specifically, the implementation of premium pricing to deliver tangible, on-the-ground impact.
